Manages the processing of all Bank sponsorships, memberships, contributions and business development activities as well as tracks ROI for each activity. Helps to develop sponsorship best practices and case studies to maximize and leverage current and future sponsorship relationships. • Ensures that BankUnited brand standards are represented at all sponsorship events and that sponsorships meet key BankUnited strategic initiatives. • Responsible for quarterly reporting on sponsorship KPIs and dashboards • Assists with internal iCARE ServiceNow portal, primarily responsible for creating, editing and uploading content while ensuring updates to the portal are delivered efficiently. Works with IT developers to ensure all requests for updates are added to the product backlog and user stories are created. • Assists in the execution of the Bank’s social media strategy including daily monitoring of all social media channels, complaint handling and content creation. • Assists with content creation for both internal and external communications. Including but not limited to video production, graphic design and animation. • Creates flyers, invitations and one-off creative pieces that complement the overall brand of BankUnited. Utilizes a wide range of media, including digital photography, computer aided design and animation to produce accurate, high-quality work • Works with Procurement and established vendors to order, monitor and distribute promotional items, collateral pieces, etc. Maintains inventory of marketing materials and promotional items. Fulfills requests for special events and branded promotional items. Analyzes use of promotional items annually and determines solutions for more cost-effective use. • Manages vendor relationships, negotiates quotes and ensures delivery schedules are followed. Ensures seamless execution with vendors to deliver projects on time and to specification.
