For more than 40 years, I have served as a leader in managed care, healthcare, and health insurance markets. My journey from a Clerk Typist to Director was an incredible learning experience. I progressed from front line staff to supervisor, manager, and then director of various functional areas, consistently increasing my skills though an unwavering commitment to excellence. Over the years, I have earned a reputation as a fair leader with the utmost integrity and the highest standards. My ability to tackle challenging situations has been a major reason for my continued promotions and opportunities.
