Coach, mentor and change the future of nursing with the immense talent that lies within and before us!I am a professional nurse leader with over 30-years’ experience, including direct care, medical litigation, home care, complex care, education, management and administrative background. With a demonstrated consistent ability to develop strong relationships leading to improved outcomes. Working within a single microsystem and/or across an entire comprehensive academic medical center, I have effectively collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve strategic initiatives. After recognizing a gap in networking capabilities early 2012, I initiated the National Float Pool Collaborative with a poster presentation followed by a 3 way conference call. Now known as The National Collaborative for Healthcare Resource Teams, the group has over 75 National organizations and 150+ members.
