Analyzed schematics and embedded system design to understand board-level functionality and supported design validation throughout the product lifecycle. Managed and analyzed the Bill of Materials (BoM) across all phases—EVT (Engineering Validation Test) to MP (Mass Production)—ensuring accuracy and version control. Created and maintained Cisco Part Numbers (CPNs) and Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) in Oracle Agile PLM, streamlining supply chain operations through effective Change Order (ECO/PCO) processes. Executed PCN (Product Change Notification) activities for Meraki product lines, ensuring risk mitigation and design continuity in response to supplier or component changes. Collaborated extensively with global sourcing teams (Taiwan & US) to validate part specifications, sourcing strategies, and lead-time impacts for key hardware components. Worked closely with JDM/ODM partners to understand design intent, fabrication (FAB) processes, and reviewed panelization diagrams and schematic integration to ensure manufacturing feasibility. Took initiative to create and maintain component risk-tracking logs and design-dependency matrices, which helped in early identification of lifecycle-critical parts and reduced redesign cycles. Played a vital role in supply chain readiness and hardware integration, bridging the gap between design engineering, manufacturing partners, and supply teams.
