About Dolma Rawat

With a Master’s in Development Studies and an undergraduate degree in History & Political Science, I began my career in policy research focused on gender, labour, public health, sustainable development, urbanisation, and education. In these roles, I contributed to programmatic monitoring, evaluation, and policy design to strengthen the effectiveness of social impact initiatives. Building on this foundation, I am now completing a Master’s in Information Systems & Technology with a concentration in Data Science & Analytics. My focus is on applying machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to social impact domains — spanning healthcare forecasting, safe urban design, sustainable development, and program monitoring & evaluation.I am passionate about bridging policy and technology through responsible AI and evidence-based evaluation. I seek to develop data-driven tools that demonstrate technical rigour, ethical accountability, and social inclusivity, ensuring they drive sustainable impact across communities.
