From leading recruitment efforts and onboarding new talent to coordinating payroll, benefits, and workplace policies, I help build a workplace culture rooted in communication, respect, and operational excellence.My responsibilities include: • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding• Managing employee relations and supporting workplace communications• Administering payroll, benefits (Sun Life), and timecard systems (uAttend & QuickBooks)• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies• Collaborating with the Occupational Health & Safety Committee and management to uphold safety and procedural standards• Developing and maintaining the Employee Handbook and internal policiesAt Biomed, a family-owned company just outside Saskatoon, I’m grateful to be part of a supportive team that values both innovation and care—for our customers and our employees alike.
