She has led and supported large-scale manufacturing operations, driving standardization, operational efficiency, and people engagement. She currently serves as Operations Manager at Diageo IBC in Belfast, where she oversees premium beverage production with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, sustainability and engagement.
