ABOUT DOHA MELHEM

Doha Melhem is the Vice President of Consulting & Chief Evaluator at Pivotal Research Inc.A public policy expert with over 20 years of experience in Canada and the U.S, Doha translates policy into actionable strategies through program evaluation, market research, and evidence-based policymaking. She manages a diverse client portfolio, working with health profession regulators, private sector businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations across Canada. Her work drives regulatory innovation, data-led change management, and market growth strategies. Growing up in seven countries across four continents has shaped Doha into an authentic, servant leader and global citizen. She leverages her unique perspective to support human-centered processes that foster collaboration, guide organizational leadership, and drive meaningful results.Doha currently serves on the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce’s Policy Committee. She is also actively involved in the Canadian Network of Agencies of Regulation (CNAR) Education Planning and Research Committees.She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with distinctions from the American University of Beirut.
