Dodie is an award winning photographer and has been a business owner for over 20 years. She is a graduate of York Technical College with education in photography and video production. She also attended multiple workshops through Professional Photographers of America and Professional Photographers of North Carolina. Dodie enjoys teaching photography classes at her studio and has also been an instructor for several photographic organizations. Her work has been published in numerous magazines and she won small business of the year through the Gaston Chamber in 2011. Her passion is helping people to look and feel great in a photograph by using lighting and posing techniques that flatter their body type and bring out their own unique personality.
