Create, deliver and lead high-quality professional learning experiences and coaching for school and district leaders to drive instructional improvement, strengthen teacher practice, and increase student achievement through a research-based model grounded in root cause analysis, strategic planning, and coaching to action-Build leadership team capacity by designing and supporting agile systems of continuous improvement, including implementation planning, evidence collection, and metrics-based data analysis to monitor impact and adjust practice-Direct project implementation and cadence, establishing clear calendars, communication systems, and resource allocation structures to ensure deliverables align to implementation plans and result in measurable gains in internal metrics and student outcomes-Provide oversight and coaching for faculty coaches, leadership coaches, and staff developers, ensuring quality and consistency of services through calibration, on-site support, one-on-one check-ins, and targeted problem-solving to remove implementation barriers-Facilitate high-level, high-stakes customer meetings while building and sustaining strong, influential relationships with district and site leaders-Communicate implementation progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting successes, supporting transparency, and leveraging results to expand work with existing partners-Lead and contribute to cross-functional internal reviews with account management, product development, and research teams to evaluate and refine products, processes, and proprietary, research-based metrics, strengthening implementation quality and organizational impact-Integrate multiple web- and application-based platforms (including Office 365, Salesforce, and Power BI) to streamline communication, track implementation evidence, analyze performance data, and support data-informed decision-making across projects.
