College-level educator, researcher, and United States Marine Corps veteran with expertise in leadership, organizational management, retention, inclusion, and nonprofit leadership. I teach adult computer courses at the Golden Adult Learning Center (Santa Clarita, CA) and previously served as Senior Office Administrator Instructor with Management & Training Corporation (Job Corps), leading curriculum design, instructional delivery, student engagement, and team performance.My doctoral research, “Stay With Me!
