Together, we will explore those choices and find resources that strengthen you and help you to have a more enriched life.Using an eclectic approach, with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, I consider each individual’s unique background, current situation, needs and values. I am “straight forward” and will work collaboratively with you to meet your needs and goals. I believe that a multi-dimensional, team approach is important. I refer to other professionals for a variety of issues to support you on your healing journey. It is your right to find peace.
