About Regan A. Stiegmann
With over 15 years of work experience in lifestyle medicine (LM), lifestyle and performance medicine (LPM), preventive medicine, aerospace medicine, and primary care, I am passionate about helping patients and communities achieve sustainable optimal health and well-being. As the Director of Lifestyle & Performance Medicine at the HealthONE Family Medicine Residency Program, I curate strategic LM/LPM clinical and practical educational approaches to LM/LPM for medical residents, faculty, and staff. Additionally, I serve as a Senior Clinical Instructor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and an Associate Clinical Professor at Rocky Vista University, where I teach and mentor medical students and residents in the fields of lifestyle medicine, public health, and digital health.
