ABOUT RYAN ROSS
As the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Equity and Inclusion at Colorado Community College System, I lead the strategic vision and direction for enhancing the student experience and success across 13 colleges. With over 18 years of experience in higher education, I am passionate about working for systems change and educational access, especially for underrepresented and marginalized populations. I am also the President and CEO of Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado, a nonprofit organization that empowers and develops emerging leaders of color through a comprehensive leadership program. I am an ASPEN Fellow, a STEM Champion, and an educator with expertise in motivational and inspirational speaking, education consulting, coalition building, and diversity training. I have proven abilities in grant writing, budget management, staff development, program evaluation, and community engagement.
