All sales and leases completed without the help of a marketing assistant, or sales lead generator. Assisted in the northern California roll-out for national retail tenant Family Dollar, and exclusive representation of the largest salon studio franchisee (Kirby Ramsey Leasing Properties, LLC - a franchisee of Sola Salon Studios) in the state of California, and one of the largest Dutch Bros franchisees (Dutch Bros Coffee of Woodland, Inc). Brokered the sale of assets ranging from value-add office and industrial properties, to core net-leased assets including but not limited to CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Dutch Bros, Quick Quack Car Wash, among others. Responsible for sale and lease transaction volume of approximately $100M since the inception of Adobi Ventures.
