Systems engineering is my professional passion. I enjoy the communication, collaboration, and big-picture view integral to a systems engineer\'s role. I like that I get to define the problem space by understanding users and their needs, then bind the solution space through system architecture, functional analysis, risk management, and requirements derivation.Some highlights of my career include creating a systems engineering framework that benefitted a global organization and leading a team through a major milestone that resulted in my program earning an incentive from the customer. I am passionate about driving innovation and success in every project and am eager to connect with like-minded professionals for collaboration and growth.

   As a member of the Research Team, I apply my systems engineering strengths to bridge the gap between clinical science and system architecture - primarily focusing on new algorithms and technologies that aim to improve cardiac arrest patient outcomes. My responsibilities include eliciting user needs, developing requirements, coordinating technical development, planning and executing verification and validation, and ensuring smooth transfers to new product development.
