As a seasoned Director in the information technology and services industry, I bring over two decades of experience in driving technological innovation and business success. My expertise spans AI adoption, Azure, and cloud services, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency.In my current role as Head of Cloud Practice at CAE, I have successfully spearheaded the implementation of advanced cloud solutions and AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and generative and analytical AI research. My strategic vision and leadership have enabled teams to optimise systems and processes, delivering measurable improvements in performance and business outcomes.A significant milestone in my career was founding, managing, and successfully selling Novus to CAE in 2021, showcasing my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to execute strategic business decisions.
