As a CyberArk security operational support specialist, I have extensive experience in managing privileged accounts and service accounts for applications/devices. My primary responsibility is to ensure that all accounts were securely managed through password and session management, with regular password rotation and timely documentation.During my tenure at Capgemini Technology, I worked as a Consultant for IAM infra for a banking client. I was responsible for managing CyberArk EPV 9.10, 10.9, and 11.5. My responsibilities included manual and bulk onboarding and offboarding of accounts, platform and safe management, and troubleshooting user access issues. I also worked on access management services, including user, group, and access control administration services for the operating system and application platforms. I have extensive experience in managing Windows Domain accounts, Active Directory, and OneAD account creation, modification, and deletion. In addition, I have experience in RSA remote access provisioning and deprovisioning.Prior to Capgemini, I worked at HCL Technologies as a Senior Analyst for Information Security. My primary responsibility was to work on access control, identity management, security and audit-related queries for the business. I was responsible for user ID creation, modification, and deletion, access control administration, re-certification, and provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts and groups. I also performed UAT testing for new onboarding applications, reviewed SOPs, and provided periodic user entitlement reviews for business-critical applications.In summary, I have a broad range of experience in managing CyberArk security, access control, identity management, security and audit-related queries, and technical support. I have extensive experience in working with tools such as Dell one identity, RSA Security Console, One AD, Service Now, CyberArk, and 1IM. I am also experienced in maintaining timely documentation for every implementation, creating end-user guides for end-user communication, and providing training sessions to peers.
