My expertise spans leadership and team effectiveness, employee voice, inclusive leadership, workplace culture, and organizational change.I’m also a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and teacher (800+ hours of training), helping people regulate stress and work through limiting beliefs and resistance.
