   As the leader of the Human Resources Management program at GTCC, I am responsible for designing courses, creating course curriculums, and advising students in the program. I have been credited with 18.5 years of experience in my field by GTCC Human Resources. Over the years, I have taught a wide range of classes, including Business Law, Employment Law, Strategic Staffing, Strategic Compensation, Training and Development, Introduction to Business, and Business Mathematics.To engage with my students, I utilize my nearly two decades of Human Resources experience outside of academia, using real-life examples to help them understand the course materials. I also prepare innovative and engaging lesson plans and lectures using technology, digital badging and achievements, role-playing, and gaming.In addition to teaching, I report required student data, including census data, early alerts, and student grades, and utilize learning management systems and education software, such as Moodle, Canvass, MyMathLab, and Pearson Connect, to provide students with the best learning experience. I also coach students on how to improve their academic standing and how they can best utilize their aptitudes in furthering their educational career goals and aspirations.Lastly, I grade written exercises and assignments for content correctness, clarity of expression, and appropriate language usage and punctuation.
