This included building our account processes within recruiting, interviewing and onboarding, compliance, access provisioning (GRC), contracts management, account billing, and HR support. As a project manager, the key to my role was serving and empowering our software engineering teams to cultivate an environment for them to thrive and succeed for all of our customers, partners, collaborators, and leaders.
