Grounded in business and proficient in technology, I\'m engaged in the entire lifecycle of product development using SAFe, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, with primary ownership of defining, planning, and delivering new features and functionality for a core system accessed by roughly 2500 end-users. By leveraging company strategic goals, combined with a mission to maximize ROI and end-user business value, I\'m able to create and manage a dynamic CRM product vision and roadmap, along with a well-maintained, prioritized backlog.
