While working as a Sales Executive, I realized that the table was not equal between minorities andothers. It was evident that minorities needed to work harder to get a seat at the table; to speak and be heard.This realization led me to establish MOTR GRAFX. Partnering with Lissetter and another colleagueI started a company from the ground up (no million-dollar loan from my father!).I have ridden the highs and lows of the market. The belief that I can compete with the “big boys” has beenmy driving force from Day One. Simply put, women and minorities just need the same opportunities. It’s allabout a level playing field.
