Design and build programs that improve the performance of various customer-facing roles both within JAGGAER and for service partners. These targeted roles are responsible for implementing and supporting JAGGAER source-to-pay and supply chain management solutions. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders in identifying learning and performance needs, designing enablement programs, curating and building learning and performance interventions, and implementing and measuring the impact of the enablement plans. Design, develop, deliver, and maintain the curriculum for the eProcurement solution targeting system administrators and implementers. Develop learning materials, videos, labs, and certification exams and deliver onsite and virtual leader-led classes and record on-demand modules. Collaborate with product and development managers to design, develop, and edit on-demand release training for the eProcurement and Inventory Management solutions.
