JANUS is a large engineering and technical services company leading prime contractor for several Department of Defense entities. Site Lead for a 5 person contractor team operating in support of Army Futures Command.Conceptualize effective approaches and partner with staff in logistics and knowledge management for the Army Concepts Division in the Army Future and Concepts Center. Plans and coordinates logistics and knowledge management for meetings and events within the Army Concepts Division. Prepared and maintained a written event support plan to obtain successful outcomes for Army Concept Division events. Monitored concept document progress throughout the Army Modernization Enterprise for approval at the General Officer level. Highlights of accomplishments in this role include • Prepared concept documents from across the Army Modernization Enterprise for staffing and approval at the General Officer level; tracked the progress of concept documents from initial drafts, through various worldwide review processes. • Routinely requested to support external conferences that help shape the direction of Army research and refines ideas supporting concept development due to exceptional planning skills. • Recognized as a confident and dedicated leader and with a proven record of peer leadership and creating accurate and error-free documents for future planning efforts.
