   Current work:Unconventionals - Pennsylvania Marcellus & Utica development and operationsPrevious work:Deep Water Development - waterflooded Perdido asset in western GoM. The team drills 2-3 wells per year in multiple reservoirs while evaluating and optimizing field development scenarios around which partner alignment is imperative. Business planning, development planning, and reserves also constitute a large portion of yearly work.Deep Water Exploration - main focus on French Guiana, Guyana, and Colombia, with minor focus on Brazil, Gulf of Mexico, and Nova Scotia. Responsibilities included providing support for production and economic valuation, worst case discharge estimations, prospective and contingent volume management, hydrocarbon maturation, well test planning, appraisal planning, lease sales, and the business cycle. South Texas conventional tight gas development & operations around McAllen, Texas. Responsibilities included providing Reservoir Engineering support for- Active drilling programs, including compiling reserve estimates and calculating economics, offset well analysis, reserve bookings, support on initial completions, etc- Production Engineering programs, including recompletions, field optimization jobs, production logging, well reviews, etc- Lease line obligations, farmouts, litigation, and partner interaction- Field surveillance, including oilfield operations and subsurface information- Business cycle, including investment lookbacks, the annual business plan, reserve audits, and the annual reserve report.All of Shell\'s South Texas Frio and Vicksburg fields were divested to Oxy in 1/2011. Reservoir Engineers in this group worked with BAML & NSAI to prepare data room presentations and proved and upside volume cases.
