About Dipika Mouli
Operating at the intersection of a public education and a private sector career, I bring innovation, equity, and efficiency to the business of learning. My wide range of experience with education administration (public, private, US, international, traditional, digital, university, corporate-driven) and my genuine curiosity for how systems work mean I excel in program management, business operations, and client & customer services. I care as much about the means to the end as the end of itself and I put the learner/student/member and their economic mobility at the center of strategic business growth. In addition to my professional skills and motivations, I am an advocate of the arts. My personal talents and interests extend from two decades of dance training and performance, and I have a passion for empowering and funding arts education and the performing arts across the country.

I adapted the schedules & plans from YoungArts Week to use at scale for the smaller, more focused inaugural Los Angeles program.Resident Advisor (2009, 2010): I served as the primary YoungArts ambassador for finalists during the annual YoungArts Week in Miami by communicating with and mentoring participants through the week\'s activities.
