Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and General Counsel with 25+ years of experience scaling high-growth software, SaaS, cybersecurity, and AI companies through IPO, de-SPAC transactions, and public-company operations.I’ve served as General Counsel to Snyk and Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT) and held senior legal leadership roles at TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP).
