Head of Drone Operations for the Trust, conducting pre/post work site surveying & monitoring for evidencing and reporting- Spearheaded the launch of the Trust\'s innovative Augmented Reality Sandbox (ARS) Table through DRIP support. Regularly presented in education and engagement settings including in Rapid Response Catchments (RRC) and CIWEM\'s Flood & Coast 2024 conference- Operations lead for SuDS (Sustainable urban Drainage Systems) for Schools project, delivering school co-creation sessions for the design and implementation of bespoke water attenuation features including rain planters, rain garden and green roofs- Project Officer for Par Improvement Project (PIP) and Operations Project Officer for Devon Resilience Innovation Project (DRIP)- Angling Officer for WRT\'s Westcountry Angling Passport through the FishPass App, providing management support, upkeep and networking of angling beats across Devon & Cornwall- Involved in a diverse range of roles and responsibilities focused around environmental conservation, land management and flood mitigation. Current responsibilities include but not limited to; Site surveying, project planning and delivery, yard management, coordinating River Op apprentices and public engagement & education- Competent in the following skills: Electrofishing, grounds-work, site surveying techniques, water quality monitoring, Pesticide application, Risk Assessing, SUDS delivery, Survey123, mapping and data inputting, in-river operations, tree planting and riparian management
