   Working with the PMO office for the Professional Services organization, including managing multi-product implementations, streamlining the SOW process as well as normalizing our implementation project plan template across all product lines.Accomplishments:Normalized and Automated project documents and artifacts for each new project. When a new project comes online, the project folder structure is created for the team. Used Power Automate, AI Builder, SharePoint, and MS Teams to do this. Documented existing project processes that were previously unknown. Discovered how each project was burning an extra 100-200 hours per release cycle. Came up with options on how to reduce the hours. Those options included changing/combining processes, introducing automation where none previously existed, added training to reduce common errors and, challenged the status quo about how and why some processes existed at all.Helped the data analysts create client-critical gap reporting. These reports kept the client engaged while the product team built these reports into the product.Performed in-depth analysis of services hours. Compared service lines to each other to help find areas for improvement. Used SQL and Power BI to help with this.Built several Power BI dashboards. These dashboards helped project managers collect their data more quickly. They also delivered project insights.Managed several client projects.
