   GM of messaging/social app with over 1MM DAU, overseeing entire P&L including revenue generation, cost control and overall financial performance. Lead collaborative teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Trust and Safety, and Business Development. Also serve as primary product lead, working directly with the engineering team on backlog and roadmap, execution and delivery-Over the course of 1 year we were able to reverse a business that had experience 5+ years of 3-5% decline in users and revenue(MoM) into a stable and profitable entity. Increasing LTV of customers from $.13 to over $1.25 by offering in app purchases, and subscription products that were rapidly developed, and tested with live users using AI-Set and executed brand\'s strategic direction leading to 10% increase in time-in-app, and 30% increase in App store ratings-Reduced user reported spam and safety by 61% in 9 months through a combination of AI driven proactive detection methods, enhanced internal tooling and bot blocking features-0 to 1 launch of 2 new revenue streams; a B2B data product and B2C subscription business, leading +25% profit margin for entire business
