LLM Evaluation, Cost Optimization, and Observability- Established and managed a complete LLM Observability and Monitoring system- Benchmarked and optimized models (e.g, Claude Sonnet vs. Gemini Flash) for complex scoring tasks, achieving substantial cost optimization by modifying prompts and leveraging models with verified quality, higher speed, and efficiency- Core Telephony System Redesign for AI Scaling: Led the architectural separation of high-throughput AI functionalities and audio processing (call recordings, transcript analysis, insight generation) from the core consultant dialer service. The resulting dedicated microservice, built using CQRS and Hexagonal Architecture, centralized the delivery of insights and scoring data to services like Salesforce and Snowflake, drastically improving the stability and decoupling of both systems- Received an internal technical excellence award for implementing a Communication Journal (UI/API/MCP), ensuring full transparency of all client interactions (calls, transcripts, messages) for all internal stakeholders.
