Review of initial permitting and title documentation for real estate properties and land plots, determination of its sufficiency and the need for amendments, organization of obtaining or preparing the documentation- Organization of property surveys for retrofitting and reconfiguration works to meet the Tenant\'s requirements- Preparation of the project budget in accordance with the Tenant\'s Technical Specification or the Company\'s requirements, discussion of technical issues with Tenants to develop the budget- Preparation of Technical Specifications for works to be performed for Tenants and for design and contracting agreements- Assistance to the legal department on technical matters in preparing Lease Agreements- Organization and conduct of tenders for selecting contracting and design organizations, other project participants, preparation and coordination of agreements within the Company and with contractors- Monitoring of the project budget, executed agreements, payments made and upcoming to contractors and design organizations, determination of the need for concluding agreements and justification for additional agreements on performed works- Management of on-site works execution and coordination of design and contracting organizations throughout the entire period of project implementation, control of proposed technical solutions for general construction works and engineering systems, control of the quality of works performed by contractors, acceptance of work stages, monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations by contractors- Maintenance of reporting on the progress of on-site works, budget status and work schedule, equipment and materials delivery schedule- Interaction with regulatory authorities regarding the obtaining of necessary initial permitting documentation for construction, conducting inspections, and commissioning of the facility.
