Nomius a regulatory intelligence platform for MedTech, HealthTech, and regulated software companies. As CTO, I lead product architecture and engineering of an AI-powered compliance system that helps startups and SMEs navigate complex regulatory frameworks globally without the traditional cost and complexity.Nomius is not a conventional compliance tool. It encodes multi-jurisdictional regulatory intelligence into an adaptive, AI-driven system that autonomously guides organisations through regulated environments worldwide, transforming compliance from a barrier into an enabler of innovation. My focus is a scalable SaaS architecture, AI integration, and building software that makes enterprise-grade compliance accessible to every innovator in regulated industries across the globe.

ABOUT DMITRY B.
I’ve always been fascinated by how technology can transform healthcare and improve real-world outcomes. Growing up around people working in medical and social fields, I saw firsthand the gap between clinical practice and the potential of technology to improve efficiency, access and quality of care. That perspective eventually led me to focus my work on software engineering in regulated environments, particularly in HealthTech, digital health and medical software.Today I’m the founder of ZenBit, where we help companies design and build complex software platforms from AI systems and healthcare data platforms to interoperable healthcare integrations where compliance, security and regulatory requirements shape the system architecture from day one.Much of our work involves building systems where health data, interoperability and regulatory constraints directly affect product architecture. This includes projects around FHIR interoperability, HL7 integrations, healthcare APIs, clinical data platforms and regulated software products (SaMD).Over time, while working with teams building regulated products, we also developed Nomius a platform designed to help companies structure compliance and regulatory requirements as part of the product development process rather than treating them as a separate phase. Our engineering approach is compliance-by-design building software systems where regulatory, security and data governance requirements are embedded into the architecture from the beginning rather than retrofitted later.I’m particularly interested in projects involving AI in healthcare, health data infrastructure, interoperability, regulated software engineering and complex system integrations.Always happy to connect with others building the future of HealthTech, AI and regulated software systems.
