About Dmitriy Gerchikov

I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator and an experienced Systems Analyst. I used to support the SharePoint environment and have transferred my skillset in supporting the Salesforce ecosystem. I have worked as a Systems Analyst for the past 10 years working with admins, developers, project managers and directors in order to solve complex use cases. Some of things I am responsible for in my current position are process and training documentation, data migration, data security implementation in accordance to compliance and policies, process automation, form development and user experience training. I have strong experience with project analysis, requirement gathering and wearing multiple hats on top of more hats. I currently hold two Salesforce Certifications and working towards obtaining the Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification.
