Automation: used SaltStack and Git for large-scale system management, overseeing more than 300 servers, supplemented with Ansible for smaller tasks and Kubernetes installation automation- Performance Monitoring: Implemented a robust monitoring system using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Telegraf, InfluxDB, and VictoriaMetrics, allowing for real-time performance tracking and immediate response to issues- Log Analysis: Installed and configured an Elastic Search (ELK) stack and Loki, enabling efficient log collection and analysis, which allows for quickly diagnosing and troubleshooting problems- Kubernetes: Installed, managed, and troubleshot Kubernetes clusters on dedicated servers. Automated the installation and configuration of Kubernetes clusters using Ansible and Kubespray- Backup and Restore: Implemented data backup using the Restic utility, migrating from the old backup system. This resulted in faster backup completion, automatic rotation, and consistent monitoring- Docker: Utilized Docker, docker-compose and GitHub actions to install and configure diverse stacks and applications in containers, streamlining the deployment process and enhancing the manageability of containerized services- Networking and Firewalls: Engaged in the configuration and routing of VLANs between servers in data centers, facilitating the creation of Proxmox and Kubernetes (k8s) clusters.
