In charge of deployment of transversal management of Operational Expenses for 7 divisions, leading a team of 6 direct reports • Develop and implement a common system of analysis and reporting. Create cross-functional expertise by type of expense • Develop, implement a new structure, reorganizing a current one into a centralized team with direct control of 6 Bn₱+ expenses • Ensure consolidation of accounts. Perform revision and optimization of all validation workflows in the company (>100) • Ensure supervision, optimization and digitization of corporate spending policies as well as of expenses related to personnel costs (Personnel, Bonuses, participation in the company\'s profits, etc.) • Develop and implement export cost control policies, programs and procedures (export to 5+ countries) across all divisions
