Played a key role in the development of Inkbit’s Vision-Controlled Jetting (VCJ) technology as part of a initial R&D team. Designed, assembled and maintained hardware for 2 generations of development test stands (20+ PCB projects). • Developed electrical controls for 3 generations of Inkbit Vista™ VCJ Scanner to optimize cost and performance. • Responsible for all aspects of electrical design and development of 1st and 2nd generations of Inkbit Vista™ Industrial 3D inkjet printer powered by VSJ. Duties included system hardware architecture development, detailed electronics circuits design, prototyping, implementation, schematics and PCB layouts (40+ PCB Projects), electromechanical assemblies packaging and system layout coordination, SW/FW development support, system integration from concept through product launch, documentation development and release to PLM system. • Designed and documented using AutoCAD Electrical three Vista™ system Electrical Cabinets integrating Inkbit custom PCBs, Industrial PC, ELMO motion controllers, temperature controllers, a safety subsystem as well as 5x 3-Ph 5kW Power Supplies. Coordinated and supervised contract manufacturer builds.
