ABOUT DMITRIY BABKIN
Recruitment entrepreneur with a background in executive search, consulting and HRTech product development. I started in recruitment in 2018, later built an IT career-guidance marketplace and co-created a Telegram-based matching product. After returning to hiring with my future co-founders, we launched Talients — now working across targeted hiring (middle/top), high-volume recruitment and AI-driven hiring automation.
