   Based on prior professional experience, identified an underserved niche in the contract laboratory services market. Without any external funding started a laboratory serving pharma, biotech, medical device and agricultural companies. Under my guidance Alera staff has:Developed streamlined method development protocol that allows to perform method development for most compounds in under 2 weeks time including forced degradation studies and initial validation, resulting in significant cost savings for the clients.Developed streamlined approach for the bioanalysis of ophthalmology drugs in all eye tissues using LCMSMS.Developed LCMSMS bioassay in plasma and brain tissue for Alzheimer\'s biomarker CML.Developed LCMS assay in cells and cell media for energy biomarkers AMP, ADP, ATP, NAD and NADH.Developed LCMS assay for total analysis of cell media components (aminoacids, vitamins etc).Developed numerous LCMS and GCMS methods for the analysis of plant metabolites including carotenoids, dolichols, isoprenoids and other lipid and non-lipid substances.Developed LCMS assay in plasma for immune response biomarkers C3a and C3 proteins.Developed LCMS assay for detection of DNA photo-crosslinks with psoralen derivatives.
