I’m a people-first HR leader with more than a decade of experience strengthening culture, engagement, and organizational performance across logistics, municipal government, architecture/engineering/construction, and global retail. As Regional HR Manager for Envision Cold, I lead multi-state HR operations along the U.S./Mexico corridor and across Florida and Georgia, partnering with site leaders to support compliance, develop high-performing teams, and improve the employee experience.My work spans large-scale training initiatives, performance management redesign, complex employee relations, and helping organizations navigate growth and change. I hold an MBA in International Business, the SHRM-SCP credential, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.I am also a DBA candidate, where my research focuses on trust and psychological safety in workplaces affected by ongoing immigration enforcement.    HR leader supporting multi-site operations across Texas, Florida, and additional U.S. locations. I partner with frontline teams and senior leadership to deliver people-first strategies that strengthen performance, compliance, and the overall employee experience. I currently support approximately 120 employees across the organization.I serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and cultural alignment across diverse workforces. I manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll with a focus on accuracy and compliance, and administer complex leave programs including FMLA, parental, military, ADA, domestic violence, and personal leave.I oversee total rewards and benefits administration, including compensation adjustments, merit cycles, benefits enrollment, eligibility monitoring, and employee education. I also facilitate bilingual training on safety, HR policy, and job-specific responsibilities tailored to cultural and regional needs.My work includes leading employee engagement initiatives, driving retention strategies, and building trust across geographically dispersed teams. I manage performance cycles, including coaching, reviews, and PIPs, with an emphasis on growth and accountability.I ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, support policy alignment, and partner with leaders to mitigate risk. I develop and manage company intranet content and employee communications to improve transparency and access to resources.Additional areas of expertise include immigration and mobility support, acquisition due diligence, safety programs, workers’ compensation, and providing HR guidance during reorganizations and restructuring efforts.
