Participate in planning and executing our Higher Education Diverse Scholarship Program, OneTen and HBCU programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management • Overall operations and execution of Sponsorship Requests process - Salesforce and oversee all program updates • Track all incoming sponsorship requests & facilitate collaborative decision-making process • Process and track invoices for our partnerships and sponsorships • Ensure we are following our sponsorship requests follow our Risk and Controls process • Coordinate the activation of conferences through collaborating with senior/mid-level managers across the enterprise • Evaluate and track event outcomes and lessons learned to aid future engagements and sponsorship decisions • Partner with Communications and Marketing partners on creating fact sheets for our strategic partners
