Inspect industrial and commercial client’s properties with the purpose of identifying risks, liabilities, and potential violations and providing best management practice recommendations;Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) nationwide for a multinational banking institution, including serving as the exclusive consultant for all Louisiana based commercial property foreclosure and refinancing;Conduct timberland Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM 2247) for several of the nation’s largest timber investment/forest management firms and paper mills;Coordinate site characterization, assessment, and risk based closure of LUST sites including industrial manufacturing facilities and service stations; Asbestos, microbial, biological, and metal dust sampling;Coordinate and oversee the environmental and structural remediation of commercial foreclosed properties including hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal, building repairs, and clean outs;Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the potential liability for a foreign client seeking to sell a waste product for refining and resale within the United States. Included fate and transport of by-products of the refining process and projections on future regulations.
