I lead the Digital Engineering team, responsible for end-to-end software delivery across Pret’s digital estate. This includes customer-facing platforms such as our iOS and Android apps, public websites, the Pret Delivers platform, and a suite of internal tools and applications used by shops and staff across the business.The team owns key customer propositions including loyalty and subscription experiences, alongside delivery ordering, payments, and account management. These capabilities are delivered via a large, event-driven, serverless microservices platform.My role spans technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development, with ownership of application development, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, production monitoring, and operational reliability.
