The Director is responsible for departmental operations to assure continuity of exceptional victim services to survivors of domestic violence, family violence, sexual violence and/or elder abuse. The Director negotiates and maintains effective interagency and community multidisciplinary communication. Grant compliance and budget involvement is also under the Director’s purview. Ensure service availability and administrative consultation on a 24-hour basis. The Director serves member of the Organization’s Leadership Team helping to provide guidance and input on agency operations andadministrative duties.Administrative On Call: Provide 24-hour administrative consultation to managers on call.
