ABOUT DOMINIC MAZZETTI
I am currently the Motors Holding Investment & Performance Manager supporting our dealer network operations. I manage our ever changing portfolio across the nation to support dealers in their efforts as well as build GM\'s dealer diversity network. My team is responsible for vetting, analyzing, and determining viability of investments. We infuse \"venture capital\" into the structure and monitor performance through monthly/ quarterly milestones. In previous roles I held a variety of positions within GM\'s Finance organization such as Sr. Financial Analyst for ET & T Commodity lead, Sr. Financial Supervisor Manufacturing Strategy & Planning, and Sr. Pricing Analyst Full Size Trucks. In all of these roles I was the led a group where we collaborated with business partners to maintain financial profitability while continuing to service the business. I have had the opportunity to work with Purchasing Directors, Manufacturing Executives, and Sales VP’s where I’ve presented and been responsible for a variety of deliverables. Examples include: Budget forecast, Long Term Plan outlook, Model year Pricing strategy, and Business Case profitability. These roles I have provided me the opportunity to work with a variety of business partners that continued to build my business acumen and my communication skills as well. Before my time with General Motors I held a variety of opportunities with Bank of America. My last role with them was as a Strategic Sales & Market/Business Analyst where I assisted in managing 3 major markets. Consisting of at least 28 client managers where I supported the acquisition of new and expanding existing client relationships. My ability to analyze existing customer needs and provide actionable recommendations that fulfilled their needs assisted my teams in expanding our business by +10%.I completed an MBA from Northwood University’s Devos School of Management in December of 2007. While in attendance at Northwood University both Graduate and Undergraduate I showed the ability to work well in groups, display great leadership, organization, focus, and drive. I have a finance background for my education but am open to broadening my horizons outside the field of finance.
