D. Mark Livingston is the WDAE Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lower-tier partnership closing process, the oversight of the Acquisitions staff, and the post-syndication transition to Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Livingston was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management of Alliant Asset Management, responsible for the post-syndication investment objectives of all lower-tier partnerships, the oversight of the Asset Management staff, and the Asset Management operations platform. Mr. Livingston has over 15 years of acquisitions, asset management, development, and syndication experience in the LIHTC industry. Prior to joining Alliant, Mr. Livingston was the Director of Investor Relations at Alden (Hunt) Capital Partners, an Asset Manager for three nationally recognized LIHTC syndicators, an underwriter for the Colorado Housing Finance Authority, and performed due diligence duties for a nationally ranked LIHTC developer. Mr. Livingston earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Taxation from the Golden Gate University Bruce F. Braden School of Taxation, and a Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Livingston is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.
