I have 20 years of professional development experience, 10 of them as a freelancer (under the business name \"Crystal Gears\").During this time, I\'ve developed desktop applications, web applications and client-server systems. In many of these I managed other programmers too.When looking for a new opportunity, I always focus on working in areas where I can have a disproportionately high impact and provide enormous value.
