I\'m a lifelong learner and healthcare advocate with a heart for service. I believe in the power of learning communities that build opportunities to connect our minds, hearts and hands, and I want to make sure that the people who take the greatest care of others are given the same opportunity be cared for.Making sure “everyone gets a chance” has been a core value for me as long as I can remember. As I’ve grown, I’ve discovered the best way to make sure that happens is through listening. When we listen to others, we find that both individually and as a community, we already possess the solutions to some of our biggest challenges and the ability to achieve extraordinary things. Over the course of my career, I’ve used mindful listening and a search for connectedness to analyze needs and experiences shared by customers, employees, and the business. Technology has allowed me the opportunity to gain insights from sources as diverse as classroom conversations, social media interactions, surveys, CRM content, employee or business performance data and so much more. And amazingly, that technology has enabled me to create and deliver both broad and highly individualized solutions and experiences. My passion, creativity and teamwork have allowed me to influence employee culture, empower communities, develop leaders, recognize performance and achievements, create and deliver job tools and training, develop service excellence, build loyalty through individualized yet consistent brand experience and move teams through changes while constantly growing. From member collateral and onboarding to service recovery training and leadership development, I’ve collaboratively built comprehensive programs that elevate the personal and professional experience of all.I believe in the power of community to foster growth and solve problems. When all voices and needs are heard and addressed comprehensively, the end product is always most effective…and sometimes surprising!
