I am an extremely motivated, complex-problem solver, and opportunistic physician and organizational leader. My strong motivation has proven to be effective in many clinical and administrative situations, which have required a more proactive and forward-thinking approach. I am enthusiastic in addressing problems head-on and find a great deal of satisfaction once they are solved. Additionally, I like to develop and introduce innovative solutions to solve complicated problems where others might have failed. And, I always learn from my setbacks and continue to be persistent in overcoming such barriers. I am always looking for opportunities to improve internal processes, and I cherish and respect my colleagues and employees. I often find the \"status quo\" too mundane and far from satisfying; there is always room for improvement. I have had vast amounts of both clinical and organizational leadership experiences throughout my career; I have always found myself gravitating towards such positions in any organization to which I have belonged. I believe functioning as a leader is one of the greatest privileges in any organization and should never be taken for granted.
